I like your rear fat wheel. Which front wheel will you be using?
Will be looking forward to seeing more update on this build.

The rear shocks are 250mm and I'll be using the G'Craft 4J wheel in the front.
ahhh i can't wait to see this finished.
This bike would be cool with some street atv tires. the squared tires would be a cool look, maybe a little dangerous though.
any updates on your CT![]()
Nothing new, the front wheel should be coming in tomorrow or Saturday. Pretty much just been waiting on parts.
How much was route 51 lower fairing and where did you buy it?
The lower fairing was about $160ish from Japan. Friend sent it from yahoojp.
whats up with the build?![]()
won't you need something bigger than 106 cc to have top speed of 60. I know that rebuilding jap is different than a china big mill. My old 125cc lifan maxed at 55 and my current 155 cc will do 70mph. I guess a big cam and nigh compression at 114cc would get you there.
Sorry, Ive been a bit busy with work. My cars interior also got soaked again from the rain and need to seal up the weather stripping on it probably.
As with the bike, my tires just came in last week and front wheel along with a 20mm adapter plate for the front sprocket. Next thing is probably paint but still deciding on a color. Sucks cause theres so many colors and only one bike!! Hopefully I'll have a real update soon.
very cool!!
cant wait to see the final product, good luck with your build.
Hey Daniel,
Your Builds coming along Sweet
will you be using All g-craft parts to complete your 5.5" conversion?
ie.
wheel, 20mm sprocket spacer,20mm offset front sprocket, and the g-craft magneto cover with support bearing for the offset front sprocket
i was looking at the 5.5"x 8" for my z50a, as just the idea of it seemed crazy
but settled for a wheel pack with 2.75 and 3.5 x 8 solid style (no holes)
mainly due to the extra expense of the magneto cover!
looking forward to updates![]()

Only G'Craft parts are the front 20mm sprocket, and wheels (i think). Maybe eventually I'll get the rear swingarm as the look of it started to grow on me but I still like the stock look as well.
got the link to the adaptor plate from route 51?
sick! nice modification! it can be my next project inspiration!
i cant wait to see the result of your bike.
any more progress on this? really interested in seeing this thing
btw, whered u get all the parts from japan? ebay?
Hey guys. Its BEEN AWHILE! Sorry, I've gotten side-tracked with a car project I happened to buy in the beginning of the year and was just riding the bike around and having fun with it instead of putting all the mods on.
So finally the other project is down and I'm finishing up this one. Our indian summer is here and its still nice to ride while I can but I decided to take the bike apart and finally finish it so it's at the paint shop right now about to get some color!
And for the people wondering where I've been getting the Japan parts, I had a friend in Japan ship me over most of them. My new seat just came today! Thank you Takahiro!
Anyways, on with the progress pics!
108 TB with race head and 12v and manual conversion
Got some tires on finally
Takegawa parts
Snakeskin banana dax seat!!
Thats pretty much it for now until the rest of the bike comes back from paint. Everything else is pretty much small detailed parts. Cant wait to put it all together. Enjoy.
Look tight bro!
Where in CA are you? I just got a mini myself and would love to ride someday if you're not to far...
