    Ct 70 88cc build questions

I purchased the 88cc big bore kit and my delema is with the carb installation.

The overflow seems to close to the cylinder.

The kit came with the 20mm carb, intake and phenolic spacer.

Im unsure of the order of the phenolic spacer installation, or what to do about the float bowl overflow.

No instructions were sold with this kit.

Is the pastic spacer mounted upside down?
I whould think the tab has to be between the cooling fins and the float bowl to prevent heat radiation heating up the bowl.

The heatstop is installed correctly in the pictures, flipping it over will result in the float bowl drain hitting it and breaking it off when tightening the mounting bolts to the head. I have filed the drain tip down a little and at a 45 degree angle, to lessen the angle of the drain hose when installed in place. You have everything in place correctly.

Thanks, everything you said makes sense.
    The project moves forward.
