Hi I have a 1991 I am looking to put an aftermarket motor like a piranha 140 or a lifan does anyone have any experience with these motors?are they any good?

There is tons of information on these motors already posted. A search will more than likely yield you more information much quicker.

Piranha or Lifan??

Yeah, me being a newbie I asked the same questions the other day, then when I searched a little deeper and found the Chinese/Import Minis section I found a few hours worth of reading. I wound up deciding on the Piranha 140 that I ordered today, I'll be posting my findings in my build thread titled Progress!

I also found a few interesting videos on youtube, especially one on prepping a new Piranha engine before running it, checking valves, changing out the fish/rice oil, etc.
