Restore or Rehome???

So i bought a bundle of z50 stuff today and id like to know your thoughts?? Im new to these so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I bought what i believe to be a 1968 z50 k0, a 1971 k1 with what looks like an sl70 motor??? and some '69 frames and boxes of misc parts. How'd i do. You wont hurt my feelings if its junk...

How you did depends on what you paid but I wouldn't call it junk by any means, there is potential there.

I saw those on craigslist, you did okay. Going forward it depends what you want from the bikes. If you are just looking for a rider, then that will be your best option. Anything more than that and you are going to end up sinking a lot more money into them. But I would say with some por15, a crf50 carb, new chain, and a few other little things, you could have a good runner in the bunch. Good luck with the projects.

i paid $100 cash and traded a little pistol that had a $150 trade in value. Im not planning a full resto just wanna get her fixed up for the kids and i to goof around on. Im not too knowlegeable with these but i have some good help so im fairly confident ill be able to get er done. Thanks for the comments! Ill post some pics as i go
