So I pulled a dumb a$$ move and welded a chain roller onto my frame with all the electronics still grounded and the run switch on I know I fried something but what is it??
100% sure it is not the rectifier cdi or coil, I tried those off of our running bike what else could it be, the stator or could the kill switch cause this anyone else had this issue ran perfect till I welded it now won't start due to no spark

The head of the bolt is welded to the frame then comes the sleeved part of the bolt which the roller sits on and then the threads and a nut holds the roller on the bolt, loosen the nut and swap her out just a more permanent solution to drilling and mounting the roller that way. And I don't think it has to do with welding on the frame now that it will start I have seen first hand on vehicles before we're ecus and other electronics can be knocked out if not unplugged before welding on them it's pretty common I will get it tracked down and let you guys know what the problem is.

Take a close look at all connections. CDI plug, ground wire(s), plug wire to boot, and even take a look at your kill switch. I have seen the contacts wear/corrode and become intermittent. I would actually start with that....test for spark....flip kill switch on and off a few times ending in the run position and try again. If you have spark its obviously your switch.
